Kuching, 5 August 2025 – Koperasi Keris Sakti Sarawak (KOPKESS) Berhad successfully held its first official meeting on 5 August 2025, bringing together the Board of Directors (ALK) and Committee Members (Biro/AJK) to chart the cooperative’s strategic direction and set development priorities.

Established on 31 December 2024, KOPKESS is committed to enhancing the economic well-being of its members in line with cooperative principles. Operating in the service sector, the cooperative’s activities include printing services, graphic design, interior design and construction; the supply and maintenance of building materials, office equipment, furniture, printed materials, electrical appliances, and telecommunications equipment; as well as the operation of a sports store.

During the meeting, participants reviewed the cooperative’s initial progress and discussed initiatives to strengthen services, expand welfare programs, and increase support for local products and enterprises. The discussions also focused on sustainable growth strategies to ensure long-term benefits for members.

With the guiding principle “Banggalokal, Support Lokal”, KOPKESS aims to build a strong, resilient, and united community within Keris Sakti, while contributing positively to the local economy.
